Norouz Bazaar

On 21st March 2016 our forth Norouz Bazaar was held at Forum Alstertal. Unfortunately, we could not comply with all demands for tickets, due to the limited seating capacity at the location. We are trying to find a bigger space for coming events. Many thanks to all participants for their support by donations and admissions. We also thank the artists who volunteered and entertained us with their performances. The sponsors: Aspria, Burgerlich, Café Reinhardt, Konditorei Boyens, Mickelmas, Monkey, Donuts, Petit Cafe and all supporters who contributed by preparation of food or items to our buffet, enabled us to exceed last years’ donation amount and collect 7.117,- EUR.

Veranstaltungshinweis

Der dritte Norouz-Bazar wurde am 22.02.2015 im Forum Alstertal veranstaltet. Wir bedanken uns bei allen Besuchern, Spendern, den Künstlern, die ehrenamtlich aufgetreten sind und uns mit ihren Darbietungen unterhalten haben. Ganz besonders erwähnen möchten wir die Sponsoren: Konditorei Boyens, Monkey Donuts, Café Reinhardt, Shiraz Restaurant, Aspria, Burgerlich, der Ernährungsberaterin, den tatkräftigen Helfern und Allen, die mit Speisen und Artikeln zum Buffet beigetragen haben. Ein besonderer Dank gilt den lieben Kindern, die mit ihren tollen Bildern ihre Wünsche für die kleinen Patienten von MAHAK zum Ausdruck gebracht haben.

Diwan Nowruz Celebration

On March 23, 2014, Diwan Society held their traditional Nowruz celebration in the Museum for Ethnology. As in the previous year, IKKH e.V. was also present again with stalls and a lottery!

Charity Bazaar

On February 22, 2014 our first charity bazaar in Hamburg took place. It turned out to be a great success due to many helping hands! Next to several stalls with delicacies from Iran and homemade jams, sweets and torschis, there was children’s program and entertainment. Most importantly, however, many sweet and tasty treats made up a varied and scrumptious buffet. We are grateful to everybody who contributed to the diversity and excellence of our buffet and our vending stalls, we could not have done it alone!

Some of the goods were donations by companies in Germany and Iran. We would like to expressly thank Bazarche in Hamburg, Saharkhiz Saffron in Mashad-Iran, Sharifi Balow Mediterranean Specialities in Hamburg and the Shiraz Restaurant in Hamburg.

The timing of the bazaar was chosen to tune in to the Persian New Year “Nowruz” and for that reason we presented a beautifully adorned “Haft-Sin” table. The proceeds of the event were € 3,600! Thanks to all the dear visitors and donors.
